Please use a credit card (VisaCard or MasterCard) to make purchases on our web site. An invoice will be shipped with the product. All orders will be processed in Australian Dollars.

Publication dates and prices are subject to change without notice. The prices reflected on your invoice are binding. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices on the website are complete and accurate, but in the event of a discrepancy, please contact customer service.

Shipping Information

Orders to Australian customers are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post. Orders to New Zealand will also be shipped from Sydney. If the items are in stock, your order will be dispatched in 1 – 2 working days and will take 3 – 4 working days to arrive (add 2 days to New Zealand). If the items are not in stock, you will be notified by email and your order will be placed on back order for a short time.

Standard postage and handling
Express Post is available to Australian metropolitan areas on request. Express Post charges replace the standard shipping charges and are not added on top.  Please contact us A.S.A.P. if you choose this option so that we can expedite your order.

Individual/Personal Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the details above.
  • Goods that are returned in a resalable condition will be subject to a full refund of the purchase price or credit, excluding postage and packaging costs.
  • We do not accept returns on online products, e-books, or opened software, videos, CD/DVD-ROMs, and DVDs.
  • If you receive damaged goods, please return them with the relevant paperwork within 14 days.
  • For goods short shipped or not received please submit a claim to the contact details above within 30 days of order/receipt date to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Desk Copies/Review Copies

Desk/inspection copies are provided free of charge (if available) to qualified faculty who are considering the text as a Required Course Text. If you are considering a text as a supplementary text or are planning to use it for personal/reference use, we do ask that it be purchased, but we can offer you a discount.  You may contact your sales representative directly at the contact details above.
